Mr. Knight has more than thirty years of experience as a banking executive, having held senior positions with Bank of America, as head of International Syndicated Finance and Global Project Finance, and UBS, as head of Structured Debt Finance for the Americas and Global Loan Syndicate, where he was responsible for the underwriting, structuring, placement and trading of transactions. Annual volume exceeded 100 transactions with an aggregate value of over $100 billion, across the credit, structure and maturity spectrum.

Mr. Knight is a co-founder of the firm, responsible for the firm’s underwriting, structuring and funding of transactions.
