Mr. Lowenstein is the author of the firm’s business concept and the principal architect of the proprietary structuring technique for tenant improvement financing. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Lowenstein worked for ten years in commercial leasing in New York City, with roles at Peter R. Friedman, Ltd., Studley and Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Lowenstein consummated leasing and sales transactions totaling over $500 million during his real estate career.

Mr. Lowenstein is a co-founder of the firm, heading the firm’s overall business development and overseeing transaction origination.
